Join us at the iconic Hat Works Museum in Stockport for our next Ageing Well Stockport workshop, focusing on healthy eating and wellbeing.
This session will be delivered by the team from Real Food, Real Health, who will explore the relationship between diabetes, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
Real Food, Real Health: Understanding Diabetes, Food and Wellbeing
This interactive workshop introduces the Real Food, Real Health approach to supporting people who are living with, or at risk of developing, Type 2 diabetes. Together, we will explore:

• Practical and safe ways to reduce carbohydrate intake
• Simple, sustainable strategies for eating well on any budget
The session is strengths-based, supportive and accessible for everyone, with plenty of opportunities for questions, discussion and shared learning.
Registration is required to attend this event.
This session is free of charge and open to anyone aged 50 and over.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and refreshments will be provided.
