Counselling
What is it?
A confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a counsellor. You will be offered 13 sessions of counselling.
What can I expect?
A staff member or counsellor will invite you for an assessment to find out how you are doing and check that our service will meet your needs. You will then be placed on the waiting list. When you start your sessions you can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The counsellor will actively listen and provide empathy and genuine understanding. In time this allows individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their behaviours. The goal is to empower clients to find their own solutions and achieve personal growth and well-being.
