Northern Wave Swimming Session

Northern Wave swimming club have kindly offered a trial session on Tuesday 11th August 2026, from 7pm to 8pm for anyone wishing to get some exercise by swimming.

You will need to arrive slightly early to complete a registration form for insurance purposes.

Moss Side Leisure Centre is just behind ASDA in Hulme, on Hulme High Street / Moss Lane East...it can be reached by bus and also has a car park underneath.

The centre has unisex changing room with private cubicles and communal and private showers. The lockers require a £1 coin or equivalent token, which is returned after use.

All you need to bring is your swimwear, a towel, a pair of goggles, and water - to drink.

Northern Wave is a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender swimming club based in Manchester. Most of the members are LGBT+ but they welcome friends of our community.
