Ageing Well: Summer Drop-In

Ageing Well: Summer Drop In

Monday 29th June 2026 | 3pm to 5pm

George House Trust 77 Ardwick Green North, Manchester, M12 6FX

Join us for another Ageing Well Drop In as we enjoy the warm summer months with a relaxed afternoon tea.  (Please note the time - 3pm - 5pm)

Alongside our regular Ageing Well activities at George House Trust, these popular sessions offer a welcoming space to chat, socialise and spend time together. Many of you told us how much you value having more informal time to connect, so we are delighted to continue offering these gatherings.

What to expect:  Enjoy tea, coffee and cool drinks alongside a selection of summer treats, including mini sandwiches, fresh fruit, scones with jam and cream, and light sweet bites.

There is no set agenda, just space to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. You are very welcome to bring your knitting or crochet if you would like to.

The event is free and open to anyone aged 50 and over. Travel expenses are reimbursed.

For more information, please contact Stephen.

PLEASE NOTE:  We know that life can get in the way and plans can change, so we're asking that if you book to attend one of our events and your no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@ght.org.uk or telephone us to let us know, as this means we can offer your place to someone who is able to make it along, and it also means we won't have spent money on catering unnecessarily.
