Hello! And welcome to George House Trust. Many of you will already know about all the great work we do. But, in this busy world, it's not always easy to remember everything and so we wanted to do a little reintroduction to George House Trust to help everyone know the support we offer and how they can access it if they need it!

We are a leading HIV support charity that works to ensure people living with HIV have the support, information, and services they need to live healthy, confident, and fulfilling lives. Established in 1985, we have over 40 years of experience providing advice, advocacy, peer support, counselling, and education to individuals affected by HIV across Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region.

We are committed to creating a world where HIV holds no one back. In addition to supporting people living with HIV, George House Trust works to challenge stigma and discrimination, raise public awareness, and promote a better understanding of HIV within communities, workplaces, and public services. Through education, campaigning, and partnership working, the organisation helps to ensure that people living with HIV are treated with dignity, respect, and equality.

We are based in every borough of Greater Manchester and in Liverpool City region. We offer peer support in every HIV clinic in these areas and offer a range of support to people living with HIV in the 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region. These include:

  • COUNSELLING

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT
