Positivity is a monthly peer support group for adults living with HIV in Liverpool. We want to hear what people want from peer support, including people who have never attended Positivity. Your answers are anonymous.

• We will not ask for your name or contact details.

• You can skip any question you do not want to answer.

• The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete.

• Results will be shared with the community.

• Nothing you say will be linked to you personally.

• Taking part is voluntary and will not affect any care or support you receive.
