Could you be our new HIV Peer Support Team Leader?

This is an exciting role designed to lead our in-clinic peer support offer across Greater Manchester and Liverpool.

The HIV Peer Support Team Leader will continue to build on the excellent work our Peer Navigators have been delivering since the initiation of funding for peer support, thanks to the national Emergency Department BBV Opt-Out Testing programme.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in providing advice, information, support, sign-posting people to services, and is able to support a team of Peer Navigators to do the same. The team engage people living with HIV who are newly diagnosed or re-engaged via Emergency Departments, as well as people with unmet psychosocial needs.

If you’re passionate about the difference that peer-led support can make to people’s lives, have excellent organisational and communication skills and are confident working with a diverse range of staff and people living with HIV, we’d love to hear from you.
