Skilling Up: Work Mentor Training 1 - Skills for Great Conversations

Skills for Great Conversations: WEDNESDAY 22nd JANUARY 18:00 – 19:30

We are excited to be offering Work Mentor training in the New Year, which can help enhance your skills and confidence in supporting mentees to get into work.

Over the course of 3 sessions, Chris Cooper, an experienced Career Coach, will help you to:

  • Understand how to create more powerful and effective conversations with your mentees, including how to have difficult conversations.
  • Be more confident in creating a structure and framework for conversations, including how to be more assertive and create and maintain boundaries.
  • Have a greater understanding of goal setting and goal setting tools.

Sessions are fortnightly and will run on Zoom.
