Swimming Positively - Liverpool

Worried about weight and exercise? or just wanting to get healthy but nervous about going it alone?

Swimming Positively may be just right for you and is open to all service users living in Liverpool with HIV for free.

Swimming is a great way to exercise, for instance, it helps to increase bone density without putting stress on your joints, with additional benefits to areas such as cardio vascular health.

The Liverpool University Sports and Fitness Centre, who are hosting us, is a 10 minute walk from the Royal Liverpool Hospital.

So you can meet us outside the Linda McCartney Centre at 11:30 or meet outside the Sports Centre at 12pm,

Those who aren't confident swimmers there is a shallow pool, so you won't get out of your depth.
