All Women's Event

Please join us on Saturday 14th June at GHT for our monthly women’s catch up. Following our ideas session there will be an area for mindful crafting/creating, areas for sitting and chatting together and we will end the session with a YouTube ‘Grow with Jo’ beginners dance workout, so everyone leaves the session awake, invigorated and ready for the rest of your day.
