Want to chase away the winter blues with some energizing exercise? Get your leg warmers out and join us for Feel-Good Tuesday's! This session is Feel Good Fitness Circuit.
We’re being joined by Fiona Ledgard, a Personal Trainer and a Fitness and Zumba Instructor from Manchester Metropolitan University, for an 8-week programme of exercise and well-being tips. Fiona is passionate about empowering people to exercise with confidence, with the aim of helping you to feel good.
Having completed training in Mental Health First Aid, Effective Mentoring Skills and Emotional Resilience, Fiona will explore wellness ideas with you and give useful tips on how to look after your mental wellbeing.
Whether you’ve not exercised in years, or you’re a seasoned gym goer, Fiona says:
"Everyone is welcome to my George House Trust Online Fitness sessions. The sessions will have a community feel, and you’ll be motivated to train during the week between sessions, and report back to the group if you feel like talking on screen. I can’t wait to see what kinds of progress you can all make!"
You don’t need to attend every session, just come along when you can. You’ll be sent Zoom log-in details on the day of each workshop.
