This is an event for all women living with HIV.  It's an opportunity to socialise and share experiences.

 "Managing HIV through Faith, Counselling or Spirituality".

We are told that good mental health is important but how do you develop this? For some, it is by looking to "something" outside of them-self for strength. 

This will be first of two sessions in which we will explore the different ways people have managed their mental health using Faith (or belief in formal Religions) and Counselling to make sense of their diagnosis then create a life beyond it.

You will need to register to attend this event.

Light refreshments available.

We can reimburse travel expenses on the day.

A contribution towards childcare will be paid for attendance of the whole event
