Sackville Park Set Up and Stewarding

  • Distribution of props within the park
  • Distribution of candles and ribbons to the sellers
  • Welcoming the public to the park 

 

Candle Selling & Park Stewarding

  • Selling candles around the Village
  • Stewarding within Sackville Park
  • Returning stock and equipment to our base after the Vigil

 

Thursday 2nd December

Money Count

  • The count will be held at George House Trust.
  • Emptying collection buckets, sorting coins and notes and verifying totals.
