New Services for Children and Young People Living with HIV

George House Trust is proud to announce that it is undertaking to provide support to children and young people living with HIV. This work was previously undertaken by Barnardo’s.

George House Trust is working in partnership with North Manchester General Hospital Paediatric Infection Diseases Unit and a number of Public Health teams across Greater Manchester to deliver this support service.

Jo Hancock, Chair of George House Trust said “We see this as an integral service to the adult support we already provide and look forward to being able to support children and young people who are living with HIV and also their families."

George House Trust will appoint a dedicated worker to take on this important role, they will join the team of advisers already working with adults living with HIV.
