Community Connections is a three year project funded by Manchester City Council. The aim of the project is to increase the social connectivity of people living with HIV across Manchester.

As part of the project trained volunteers are ‘matched’ with people living with HIV who want support to access new activities and opportunities in the local community. Support is time-limited, with a focus on supporting people to engage with their community, meet new people and find things that will get them out and about.
