We are pleased to welcome back the crew from Body and Mind Therapy Centre The Body and Mind Therapy Centre who will be offering 15-minute taster sessions from their extensive range of holistic therapies, including; massage, reflexology and reiki.

As well as aiding the physical relaxation of muscles, there are the potential added benefits of reduction in blood pressure, better sleep, improved mood and a decrease in stress hormones.

Take some time for yourself to unwind, reboot and re-energise your body and mind.

Light refreshments and chill vibes will be available.
