An opportunity for African men to come together, socialise and share experiences of living with HIV.

This session will help you learn how you can feasibly optimise your lifestyles to minimise vulnerability, bolster your immune system, and even transform your health with health and lifestyle medicine.

It will be facilitated by Dr Pelumi Akintade, a UK-trained medical consultant with over ten years of experience in the National Health Service as a clinician in acute, ageing and complex medicine.
