An opportunity for African women and men to come together, socialise and enjoy the spirit of festivity as we emerge from the pandemic.

We are providing a fantastic opportunity to travel as a group to the Africa Oye festival at Sefton Park in Liverpool.  We will be leaving George House Trust at 10:00 am to travel as a group.

Africa Oyé is the UK’s largest free celebration of African music and culture, occurring annually in Liverpool and features various artists of African descent worldwide.

Travel expenses, sandwiches and drinks will be provided to attendees, but you are free to come with your food.

Anyone interested can register to attend; however, priority will be given to those who did not participate in the Slave Museum trip.
