A First Aid workshop, run by the British Red Cross for people who are part of the Health, Wealth and Happiness Project.  This is a great opportunity to learn first aid skills.

Five key skills will be delivered and this will enable you to have the confidence to deal with the most common emergency situations.  After completing the workshop, a certificate of attendance will be given to every participant.  Places are limited to ensure that everyone receives the time and attention that they need in order to learn the first aid skills. If you attended the session in September, please do not sign up for this course as we will be covering the same skills.
