Some people in the UK have been imprisoned for ‘reckless’ transmission of HIV.  Colin Armstead, Service and Development Manager, will clarify the law as it currently stands in relation to the criminalisation of HIV transmission. We’ll then be joined by Danny Valentine from Regents Solicitors who will answer all your questions about how HIV may affect you at work, from the application stage right through to retirement.
