Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities (if you have any concerns about specific health conditions you may wish to check with your doctor). 

This is low impact exercise and this class is suitable for beginners. There is no equipment required, just wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat indoor footwear.

Please be aware you will need to apply online and complete an application to attend this course and priority will be given to people over the age of 50.
