WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?

This course is designed for people who have been diagnosed within the last twelve months.

This is the first session of a 4 session course which runs weekly on Monday evenings and you must be able to attend all four sessions.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT?

You will learn more about some of the issues and topics related to living with HIV and have the advantage of learning in a relaxed environment alongside other people living with HIV. 

WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED?

Topics covered include HIV terminology, disclosure, HIV and the law and living healthily with HIV.
