Chris McAllister has been teaching and practising Tai Chi for many years and we are delighted that he is going to run an introduction to Tai Chi session. This ancient Chinese practice is one of the most effective ways of developing balanced health for the body and mind.
Tai Chi, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance, boost the immune system and bring about a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
