Supporting the design and delivery of training to social care providers, ensuring staff properly understand HIV, HIV stigma and can work confidently to support people living with HIV in their care.

Please Note: In order to be eligible to be an Age+ Volunteer, you need to be living with HIV.

VOLUNTEERING AT GEORGE HOUSE TRUST

 

We have a range of volunteer opportunities available to people living in the North West; from roles supporting people to awareness-raising and one-off events volunteering.  We are committed to offering quality volunteering experiences that enable you to use your existing skills and develop new ones too.

 

Choosing to volunteer with us means you're joining a diverse and committed team, that makes a real difference to the lives of people living with or affected by HIV in the North West.  Volunteers have always been at the heart of George House Trust and they play a vital role in delivering services and supporting our work today.

 

RECRUITMENT

Complete the Expression of Interest form to begin your journey with us.  Once your Expression of Interest has been received, our Volunteer Co-ordinator will be in contact to explain the next steps.  If there is no role suitable for you at this time, check back regularly as we update the roles being recruited as opportunities become available.
